What type of properties do you represent? 
We represent all property types: office buildings and shopping centers, apartments and warehouse complexes, manufacturing and industrial plants, refineries, pipelines, drilling rigs, oil & gas related service companies, mineral interests, residential, retail, wholesale, vacant land and all forms of business personal property associated with these various industries.

What areas do you work?
We represent accounts throughout the United States.  Our clients have property tax liabilities in areas from Alaska to Florida and Hawaii to Maine.
What is your fee structure?
We typically operate within a flat fee arrangement, predetermined and agreed upon prior to any work performance.  Alternative fee arrangements may be considered dependent upon individual circumstances.
What services do you provide?
We are a complete “out-sourced” service provider addressing each aspect of a company’s property tax requirements.  Our services include asset evaluations, compliance reporting, facility inspections, value disputes, negotiations and settlements.  We also strive to maintain comprehensive property tax records to assist with budgetary planning, financial analysis, state and federal reporting as well as Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance issues that are property tax related.
